No two gardens are the same: every community has different needs.
Sanzuma customizes garden plans depending on the space, and needs of each school. Working alongside the community, we help design and plant in a way that acknowledges and respects each garden's ecology and culture, and facilitates the garden's productive longevity.
We focus on a train the trainer method. Once the garden or project is flourishing, we step back and take on a mentorship role.

Pathways recovery program for adults
On our 7th year teaching after-school nutrition, cooking and gardening classes at Short School 2-5th grades. We have taught over 4500 classes
Running the San Pedro School Farm that produces for the School District (over 4,000 lbs since Fall 2017)
On both the San Rafael and Novato Wellness Committees
